     ORFANOS & ALVARADO, LLC is a general practice law firm that concentrates in certain areas involving individual and business clients.  Mr. Orfanos (also know as ‘Kim’), is a senior member of the firm and has been practicing law for over twenty-five  (25) years.  He has practiced in most fields from personal injury to criminal defense. He is now focusing his practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts and the Probate of Estates.  He also concentrates in the area of elder law, as well as the areas of collection law and consumer protection.

   The firm works in many Indiana counties and Mr. Orfanos makes home and hospital appointments.  He currently teaches Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration at IUPUI since 1994.  He is currently an adjunct faculty instructor with the Department of Political Science at Indiana University Indianapolis.  During  Mr. Orfanos’ long legal career, he has advised clients and prepared thousands of estate plans and has wound up hundred of estates, both in and out of the courts.

    Mr. Orfanos has been in the Indianapolis area since 1985.  He is a native Hoosier, born and raised in South Bend. He has been married to Janet Hoyer for over 30 years and they have a daughter, Zoe’, whose is 17 years old.
